So proud of Mandeep Sethi and Nisha Sembi for putting together Word to Your Motherland - all three writers on Mishthi Music rolled through and supported this show that happened this past summer in Oakland. Beautifully captured video that grabs the essence of it all. Be jelly.

Just gotta say Mandeep Sethi and Ras Ceylon make me so excited about hip hop and the motherland and the fusion of the two. So glad to have built with them. Can’t wait to see what comes from the two of them in this filum.
